Josie’s Cottage is a separate light-filled house, through our courtyard garden. About 1000 sq feet, with all you need for a comfortable stay. On the front is a large screened porch with sitting and dining areas. Inside is an open concept living/dining room, with a 55” smart picture TV and Bluetooth speaker. Connected is a fully equipped designer kitchen with Cafe appliances. The bedroom has a queen size brass bed and antique dresser. In addition, there is a separate Den with a 58” smart TV, desk and sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional adult or one or two small children. The bath is barrier free with a walk in shower, beautiful vanity and marble floors. Guests have full access to the main house and for breakfast, can come over to the dining room or have a breakfast basket delivered to your Cottage.
