“We stayed in the Royal Suite which was a lovely room with its own balcony. We flew into Atlanta so stayed here a couple of nights when we arrived and then the night before we flew back. It is a beautiful house in the Inman park area of Atlanta. It is near enough to see everything but far enough away to be able to relax in a quiet area. Kathryn, the Inkeeper is amazing. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable and her food was delicious. The owners are so lucky to have someone like her that they can trust when they are away. We loved getting to know you Kathryn and thank you for everything”

“We got to spend four nights in this lovely Queen Anne home. We had the comfortable Garden Room. With a cooling ceiling fan and views of the surrounding trees and old historic homes this was a great place for a few days off. Kathryn our host was a real gem. Friendly and very helpful in planning our activities. She even helped get us free Aquarium tickets. Breakfasts were delicious and visiting with the other guests was a real treat. Lovely place!”

“We traveled to Atlanta for a family wedding, and used Sugar Magnolia as our home base. What a wonderful & romantic weekend it was! The inn’s Victorian architecture and beautifully appointed rooms were the perfect backdrop to our time in town. The neighborhood was lovely and quite funky. Our room – The Aviary was whimsical and so comfortable. It was, however, our hosts, Kathryn and Josie who may this a truly memorable experience. Their southern hospitality, great stories & Kathryn’s cooking made this a visit to remember.”
